My flowers are already dry. Can you still preserve them?
Yes! I can work with flowers that are already dried. I can also work with fake, wooden, silk, etc. flowers.
Do I need to book in advance?
To guarantee availability, booking in advance is recommend but not always required. For last minute orders, please email me to check for availability. I am currently booking through the end of 2024.
I live in a different state. Can I ship my flowers to you?
Yes! If you are not local to Madison, AL, you can ship your flowers to me. Detailed shipping instructions will automatically be emailed with your order confirmation so that your flowers will remain in the best condition possible until they are preserved. The preservation process begins as soon as I receive your flowers. You will be notified once I receive them.
How soon after the event do you need the flowers?
For best results, fresh flowers should be sent to me as soon as possible after the event. Overnight or 2-day delivery preferred. Shipping costs are not included in the price of your items. If local to Madison, AL, your flowers may be dropped off to me in person. Once an order is placed, please email me to coordinate a day and time for drop off.
How long does the process take?
Once I receive your flowers, my turnaround time is around 10-12 weeks. This timeframe is an estimate and may fluctuate slightly.
What should I do with my flowers until I ship them to you?
Keep your flowers in a vase of water but do not store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
How do I book?
Please email me to check for availability before placing your order. Once you have confirmed your date is available, click on the 'shop' to find all available items and pricing. Place an order for Amy item to reserve your date. No minimum is required is required to book and more items may be added up until the time that I receive your bouquet. Place a new order for additional items but please be sure to place the order under the same first and last name as the first order. When checking out, please enter your event date in the ‘notes’ section.
Where are you located?
I am based out of Madison, AL but accepting orders nationwide. Many brides ship to me following my detailed shipping instructions. If local, flowers may be dropped off to me in person. Once you place an order, please email me to coordinate a date and time for drop off.
How do I ship my flowers?
Once you place an order, you will automatically be emailed detailed shipping instructions for you bouquet with your order confirmation. For best results, flowers should be mailed to me as soon as possible after the event. Overnight or two day shipping is highly recommend.
Will gift certificates be mailed to recipient?
I can mail gift certificates to you (the gift giver) or the recipient. Please put the name of recipient, name of the gift giver, address you would like the gift certificate mailed to, and any personal messages in the 'notes' section when placing an order for a gift certificate. Gift certificates expire one year from the date the order is placed.
Will my items change in appearance over time?
Due to the natural aging process of resin, your items will inevitably amber over time and gain a more vintage look. We use a high quality resin with added UV inhibitors to slow this process. We suggest displaying your items away from heat and direct sunlight. We are not responsible for the natural effects of the aging resin.
What should I know before placing my order?
-We create each piece with the utmost care but sometimes flaws and imperfections are unavoidable.
-Not all flowers dry the same. Some flowers will dry darker once dried while others will dry lighter. For example, red flowers usually look darker and white flowers tend to dry more yellow.
-Although we use many techniques to minimize air bubbles, there may be a minimal amount of air bubbles due to the nature of resin.
-Since all items are custom made, there will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations.
Do I get to see the design of my items before they are set in resin?
If you would like to see the design before I set your item in resin, please purchase the ‘Virtual design consultation’ item on my shop page. You will be sent a photo of your design for approval before it is set in resin. Each consultation fee is $50 and will cover up to three design options for a single item.
All sales are final on custom pieces
